Our Equipment

We use the following two welding processes to craft the perfect machinery component for your needs: ARC Welding - it is a common welding process used for fusing metals to metals. An electric power supply is used to create an electric arc between the electrodes and maintains the required temperature to melt the metal. Metal Inert Gas (MIG) Welding - it is a part of ARC welding used for fusing thick and larger materials. It can be done through bare wire or a flux core.

Surface roughness testing is one of the essential parts of our testing because there are several products here that clients buy to use at very crucial points (i.e., high temperatures or high pressure, etc).
