Forging

RS Industries employs a comprehensive forging process that involves heating and shaping high-quality metals into spare parts and machinery components. We work with a wide range of metals, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel. We have a 1000 sq meter manufacturing area with top-quality in-house forging facilities to ensure durable material for safety and performance purposes. We follow all standard protocols and ensure our final products are quality-control tested before being shipped to our clients.

Our Equipment

Our advanced forging products rely on heavy-duty machinery to produce accurate and precise spare parts and components. Our in-house forging facility is equipped with drop hammers, power hammers, presses, dies, anvils, tongs, and a monitoring system to help maintain consistency in quality. We the size, strength, and performance specifications depending on the application and client requirements.

After manufacturing, the final product is inspected by our skilled team. The inspection involves visual, functional, and dimensional checks of the raw material and the final product.

Dimensional Inspection is an important part of checking the accuracy of the products. With fine pieces of machinery installed like CMM (Coordinates Measuring Machines), we perform a proper dimensional inspection of our machinery at a very rich level for best accuracy and repeatability. Latest technologies like computerized repeatability and reproducibility make our manufacturing error-free. To remove inaccuracy, we measure our products at the very high point of tolerance or their specification so that it become long-lasting and very reliable for our clients.
Surface roughness testing is one of the essential parts of our testing because there are several products here that clients buy to use at very crucial points (i.e., high temperatures or high pressure, etc). So we make sure our products would be a reliable fit for our happy clients. RSI uses Japanese tech SRT instruments for the best results.
