Precision machining

There are various types of machines included in this precision machining process. Every machine has its own use such as cutting, milling, turning etc. The most considerable part of this precision machining process is that it does not control and is performed manually but by CNC (Computer numerical control). This marching process makes our work automated and easy.

Precision machining is one of the most crucial parts of our manufacturing process. This precision machining includes many different types of sophisticated equipment that help to manufacture any type of complex geometric components and parts. These precision machines are used especially for creating or manufacturing critical and tricky components and parts of machines that can not be made with simple machinery processes. We use precision machinery for producing or creating the various components and parts of advanced agricultural, construction and industrial machines as we are a well-known manufacturer company of these machines' parts and components.

Milling machines

Milling machines are one of the most common and useful machineries or tools in the process of precision machining. These milling machines are usually used for removing materials from any workpiece. These milling machines can remove materials by different types of methods such as drilling, cutting etc. There are two types of milling machines we widely use

●Vertical milling
●Horizontal milling

VMC

VMC machines have a vertical spindle orientation, which means the cutting tool moves along the Z-axis (up and down) while the workpiece is clamped on the table, allowing for efficient chip removal and easy access to the workpiece. Most VMC machines operate on three axes—X, Y, and Z—enabling movement along the horizontal, vertical, and depth directions. However, advanced models may have additional rotary axes (4th and 5th) for complex machining tasks.

4 axis CNC machine

We use a 4 axis CNC machine which helps us to work faster and manufacture quality products. A normal CNC machine comes with 3 axis but 4 axis CNC machines come with one extra rotary axis that helps us to produce any type of complicated components and parts very easily and faster.
