Surface Coating

Our Techniques

We use the following surface coating techniques to build rust-free parts for our clients: Powder coating - materials such as agents, curatives, pigments, and flow modifiers are used to produce high-quality, durable parts. Electroplating - a zinc layer is bonded to the metal to protect it from corrosion. We use three forms of zinc plating; blue, black, and yellow. Painting - a low-cost surface coating technology that offers fast and effective results. Hot dip galvanization - a molten zinc bath helps protect fabricated steel and iron materials against corrosion.

4 axis CNC machine

We use a 4 axis CNC machine which helps us to work faster and manufacture quality products. A normal CNC machine comes with 3 axis but 4 axis CNC machines come with one extra rotary axis that helps us to produce any type of complicated components and parts very easily and faster.
