Precision Grinding

RS Industries offers their clients precision grinding services to ensure the resulting product is accurate and as per the client’s requirements. We use an abrasive machining process that uses a grinding wheel as a cutting tool. We remove different materials from the product, such as ceramic, iron, and metal and leave the surface fresh, clean, and precise. We utilize different techniques for different re-surfacing parts to provide a high-quality finish. Our advanced equipment and grinding machinery can re-surface and grind to small dimensions, such as 0.02-0.03mm (micrometer), easily.

Centerless grinding

Centerless grinding is a process of abrasive cutting to remove the material from a workpiece. Many parts and components need centerless grinding for their work. These components and parts do not have any centre to hold or grip which is why we need centerless grinding machines. These machines work without griping or holding the material in their centres.

Our Equipment

As stated, we use different precision grinding techniques and machinery to fulfill our client’s requirements. These include Cylindrical grinding: also known as center-type grinding, it is used to shape the inside or outside diameter of cylindrical workpieces. Rotating devices, working at different motors and speeds, are used for grinding. Surface grinding: it produces a smooth surface on the workpieces. The finishing process adds a refined look to the completed product. Centerless grinding: It removes material from workpieces with no center to hold onto
